Caffe Nero Cirencester

Welcome to Caffe Nero Cirencester! Nestled in the heart of Cirencester at 18 Market Place, Caffe Nero is not just another coffee shop; it's a sanctuary for coffee lovers seeking comfort, quality, and a taste of Italian culture. Known for its rich espresso and artfully crafted pastries, Caffe Nero promises an inviting atmosphere where you can enjoy a delightful break from your daily routine.

As you step inside, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee welcomes you, setting the stage for a sensory experience. From classic cappuccinos to indulgent hot chocolates, the beverage selection is extensive, catering to both the traditionalist and the adventurous palate. Each sip captures the essence of Italian café culture, prompting you to linger longer.

However, recent experiences shared by customers suggest that Caffe Nero Cirencester may be facing some operational challenges. While the café has always been renowned for its excellent offerings, reviews indicate mixed feelings regarding service and accessibility:

  • Accessibility Issues: One customer, gingergeoff, shared a concerning experience regarding wheelchair accessibility. It’s essential for cafes to ensure that all customers can enjoy their space comfortably.
  • Staffing Concerns: There have been mentions of being short-staffed, which has affected the overall experience. Edwin Bainbridge expressed disappointment over the service quality and cleanliness during his visit.
  • Online Ordering Problems: Customers like Shubham Paunikar have pointed out issues with the online ordering app, which consistently shows stock as unavailable, leading to frustration.

Despite these challenges, many remain loyal to the Caffe Nero brand, citing its exceptional coffee and delightful food options. Regular patrons, like Dahlia El Atawy, celebrate the authenticity of the flavors, emphasizing that the experience of sipping a warm cappuccino paired with a fresh pastry can still be unforgettable.

In conclusion, Caffe Nero Cirencester holds a unique spot for coffee enthusiasts. The flavors are undeniably exquisite, and the ambience a perfect blend of comfort and style. Yet, attention to customer service, operational challenges, and accessibility are essential for this beloved café to thrive. If you find yourself in Cirencester, don't hesitate to pop in—but perhaps with tempered expectations. Embrace the good coffee and pastries, and let's hope for improvements to enhance the overall experience.

tried to visit your cafe in Cirencester today and I am a wheelchair user. I pressed the button for assistance at the door but there was no response. My wife went into the cafe to ask for help, but after waiting for mins tj speak to someone, she gave up and we went elsewhere. During the whole time the staff kept looking at me through the window but did not attempt to assist.

This store always keeps their online app orders turned off for the whole day! You can’t even do click and collect because every single time you open the app, it always says out of stock! It used to be good place few years back. Now they are all messed up, slow paced, short staffed and can’t order anything from the app! It’s a shame for such a huge coffee chain to be like this!

I am regular customer of Caffè Nero when visiting UK and especially Budford branch at the Cotswolds but sadly to know that it was permanently closed. Eventually all Caffè Nero branches have the best coffee, sandwiches and cakes even the one at Heathrow Airport. If you are coffee lover, this brand should be your no choice whenever seeing the sign/logo; just go and enjoy the taste and also dealing with the friendly staff. Sharing photos from outside the Budford closed branch when we really enjoyed seating outside the cafe watching the surroundings and local shops while drinking coffee. The Cotswolds area is full of beautiful places which I am going to share in another review and people always welcoming and kind.

Totally disappointed with my visit to my favourite coffee shop today in Cirencester. Had to have paper cups and food in paper bag even though eating in. Evidently short of staff but I saw at least staff, also more considering was how untidy the place was. I walked past many local coffee shops to attend my favourite but now having to have to rethink my priorities.
